01 / THE INTERFACE
Powerlock-compatible single-pole connectors in 480 A and 750 A versions. Mechanical keying helps prevent incorrect mating, while colour coding and permanent markings identify each conductor.
Current rating depends on the selected contact and configuration.
02 / THE REACH
Bring us your cable run and connection requirements. Dpower helps define assemblies with the length, conductor size and terminations your installation needs.
Plan the route, handling and storage alongside the electrical specification — so the cable solution works on site as well as on paper.
03 / THE CONNECTION POINT
Panel-mounted connections create a defined interface between the supply and the installation. Select source or drain connectors, the required conductor arrangement and a panel format suited to your equipment.
CHAIN PILOT BOX / CONNECTION MONITORING
A connection should be confirmed before power is enabled. Chain Pilot puts that logic into the interface.

Built-in microswitches monitor the mating of the connectors for phases, neutral and protective earth in the selected configuration.

The auxiliary circuit connects to an external breaker or contactor. Power is enabled only once all required connectors are mated.

If a connector is disconnected, the auxiliary circuit signals the external switching device to de-energise the connection.
The interlock function requires a correctly designed auxiliary circuit and external switching device. Dpower helps define the configuration for your system.
