Cox 300 V8 / 350 V8 · Single-fuel strategy

NATO compliant.One fuel.Simpler logistics.

No need for a separate petrol supply.
Fewer fuel types to manage. Safer fuel handling.

SAFER HANDLING / SIMPLER SUPPLY

Diesel’s higher flash point reduces the risk of fuel vapour ignition compared with petrol, making it safer to store and handle. Cox specifies compatibility with NATO’s Single Fuel Policy for its 300 V8 and 350 V8 diesel outboards.

The policy. The fuel. The engine.

Cox 300 and 350 V8 outboards are approved for a wide range of commercial diesel and NATO fuels, including EN 590 diesel, HVO meeting EN 15940, and NATO F-54, F-75 and F-76.

Contact Pontus Liljequist for approved fuel specifications and guidance for your application.

Outboard advantages

01

Access that
changes servicing.

The engine is accessible at the transom for servicing or replacement. A complete engine exchange lets workshop repairs take place ashore.

02

Torque for
the working load.

Cox V8 diesel torque supports loaded craft. Assess cruising efficiency and endurance against your hull, payload and operating speeds.

03

More freedom
inside the hull.

Move propulsion to the transom and release internal volume for equipment and payload. We assess mounting, balance and installation together.

The right propulsion.

Select for the task. Compact support boats, fast-response craft and uncrewed platforms demand different power, payload and endurance. Neander and Cox give you distinct diesel options — with Dpower defining the configuration and integration around your operational brief.

Fast response.
Flexible platforms.

Patrol. Interception. Troop transport. Different tasks demand different hulls — and propulsion selected for the load, speed and time on station.

Professional patrol craft underway01 / Patrol & maritime security

Cover more water.
Stay on task.

Cox diesel outboards burn less fuel than comparable petrol outboards, giving patrol craft longer range from the fuel on board. Fewer refuelling stops. More time on task.
