Dear colleagues, customers, suppliers, distributors, and friends,
Summer is upon us, and many of us are starting to plan our vacations. At Dpower, we’re reflecting on a remarkable first half of the year, and the future looks incredibly promising.
When I became owner and CEO in 2007, Dpower had just four employees and a turnover of 20 million SEK. Today, our turnover stands at around 150 million SEK, and we have grown to a team of 31 dedicated professionals driving our rapid expansion. Recently, we’ve secured several major contracts that will further bolster our position. A heartfelt thank you to our customers for your trust and to our employees for your invaluable contributions to our shared success!
The current global situation has played a part in our robust growth. Heightened awareness and the increased need for backup power in light of geopolitical developments have significantly driven demand. In the industrial sector, we’ve successfully launched John Deere’s new engines: the JD4, JD14, and the impressive JD18, all of which have been warmly received by the market.
Looking ahead, our focus is on enhancing our aftermarket services. We are already forging strong partnerships, signing service agreements, and exploring new ways to boost operational reliability. One exciting future prospect is the growing connectivity of engines. This allows us to monitor performance in real-time, offering our customers increased uptime and more advantageous deals. It’s a true win-win!
With that, I wish you all a wonderful summer and look forward to continuing our exciting journey together. As for me and my wife, we’ll be taking a scenic road trip along the Norwegian coast, meeting friends and family rather than a long vacation. Not a bad alternative, I must say
Best regards,
Peter Nauwerck
