The head office and warehouse are located in Kungsbacka on the west coast of Sweden. From here we handle sales, application engineering, logistics and technical support together with our dealer and service network. Therefore you can combine local support with direct access to our central resources.

Forms for technical advice, order service and warranty repair

If you need help with an engine in operation, you can use our forms for Technical advice and Order Service. In these forms you enter the technical details we need – for example engine model, serial number and operating hours. Because of this, we can understand your case faster and give you practical guidance instead of general recommendations.

If your engine is still within warranty, you can instead use our Warranty repair form. Through this form you register the claim, attach photos and describe the fault in more detail. Consequently, our service team can assess the case, coordinate with your dealer and plan the repair in an efficient way.

Dealers and local support

If you already work with a Dpower dealer or service provider, your first step is usually to contact them. They know your installation and can often solve service and parts questions directly. In addition, you can find your closest dealer here. When needed, the dealer will then pass the case on to Dpower for extra technical support.

In this way, you keep the contact close to your operation while still having the full Dpower organisation behind you. Moreover, it ensures that information about your installation stays with the people who know your engine best.
