The MAN High Speed Engines product program spans from 200 – 2,000 hp. All engines have a strong torque throughout the speed register. With a market-leading performance/weight ratio, MAN provides best-in-class top speeds.

Diesel Power has engines from MAN that can handle IMO Tier III in the power range 290 kW heavy duty – 1213 kW light duty. The engines are available with 6 or 12 cylinders.

MAN offers a wide range of four-stroke marine diesel engines for demanding duties in both leisure and commercial marine applications. They are divided into three different operating classes.

Heavy duty, 258 – 1 000 hk

Obegränsat antal drifttimmar per år med upp till 100% maxlast för bogserbåtar och andra hårt arbetande fartyg.

Medeltung, 560 - 1 500 hk

Up to 3,000 operating hours per year with a maximum of 50% of the time on full load for ferries, passenger ships and fishing boats.

Light duty, 730 – 2 000 hk

Up to 1,000 operating hours per year with a maximum of 20% of the time on full load for patrol boats, ambulance boats and police boats as well as fast recreational boats and yachts between 40 – 80 feet.
