I skolans maskinlabb ger specialutrustade fartygsmotorer med toppmodern utsl\u00e4ppskontroll eleverna unika m\u00f6jligheter att f\u00e5 praktisk erfarenhet av underh\u00e5ll, fels\u00f6kning och reparation av motorer - under realistiska men \u00f6vervakade f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Diesel Power fick f\u00f6rtroendet att leverera och installera utrustningen. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kraven i upphandlingen var h\u00f6gt st\u00e4llda - b\u00e5de p\u00e5 utrustningen och p\u00e5 leverant\u00f6rens kompetens. M\u00e5let var att skapa ett maskinlabb d\u00e4r motorerna kan fungera och studenterna kan arbeta precis som i en riktig fartygsmilj\u00f6 - fast p\u00e5 torra land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Servicev\u00e4nliga Kohler-enheter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Huvudutrustningen i maskinlabbet \u00e4r tv\u00e5 generatoraggregat fr\u00e5n Kohler, som normalt anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att generera elektricitet p\u00e5 fartyg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varje cylinder har ett separat topplock, vilket \u00e4r en f\u00f6rdel i undervisningen, och generatoraggregaten startas med olika typer av t\u00e4ndning: den ena har en elektrisk startmotor och den andra har utrustats med en luftstartmotor fr\u00e5n Gali. Motorerna kan k\u00f6ras med full laddning i labbet. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dpower.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Carl_overvakar_Kohler_aggregaten.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22136\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Redo f\u00f6r start<\/strong><\/em>\r\n<em>Carl Rapp, servicechef p\u00e5 Diesel Power, testar generatoraggregaten i skolans maskinhall. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Med framtiden i \u00e5tanke<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som br\u00e4nsle till maskinerna anv\u00e4nds EcoPar, ett mycket rent br\u00e4nsle baserat p\u00e5 syntetiska paraffinoljor. EcoPar \u00e4r fritt fr\u00e5n b\u00e5de svavel och aromatiska kolv\u00e4ten och luktar d\u00e4rmed mycket mindre \u00e4n vanlig diesel - vilket resulterar i en bra arbetsmilj\u00f6 i labbet. \r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med konventionell diesel minskar ocks\u00e5 klimatp\u00e5verkan: koldioxidutsl\u00e4ppen halveras och NOx-halterna minskar med upp till 60 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AdBlue-behandling f\u00f6r minimala utsl\u00e4pp<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Motorerna \u00e4r utrustade med ett avancerat avgasefterbehandlingssystem som uppfyller industriella EU Stage 5, vars utsl\u00e4ppskrav \u00e4r betydligt str\u00e4ngare \u00e4n de som g\u00e4ller till sj\u00f6ss.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u00e5ga utsl\u00e4ppsniv\u00e5erna uppn\u00e5s genom selektiv katalytisk reduktion (SCR), d\u00e4r AdBlue tills\u00e4tts innan avgaserna n\u00e5r katalysatorn. AdBlue \u00e4r en blandning av vatten och urea, en kv\u00e4vehaltig och helt ofarlig kemisk f\u00f6rening som ocks\u00e5 kallas urin\u00e4mne. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4tskan hj\u00e4lper till att bryta ned de skadliga kv\u00e4veoxiderna i avgaserna till vatten\u00e5nga och kv\u00e4ve.
